Impressive service and products
Tea Drop delivered my order very speedily, after I made a mistake in our new address. I emailed customer service right away and immediately received an answer that all was well and the new address had been noted. The tea itself (Royal Ceylon Breakfast) is absolutely delicious. Clear deep amber with a clean bright finish. Just right for breakfast or any other hour. I used two teaspoons in the teapot, to fill a breakfast sized cup - beautiful aroma. Dash of milk, no sugar.

Right Royal Breakfast indeed!
As a first time customer at Tea Drop and as an avid tea drinker, I was keen to try something new. I had watched a YouTube video about which supermarket brands are nothing more than tea dust and my preferred English Breakfast Tea was ranked very badly. I knew it wasn’t great but why should I pay good money when better teas are available online? Hence my change to Tea Drop. May I say that the Royal Ceylon Breakfast tea is light years superior to my old EBT. I find the ritual of the loose leaves and the pot with interior strainer is fast and convenient and I don’t have that awful teabag flavour. Such a bright, clean and deeply satisfying flavour with the strength required for one’s morning cuppa. Our weekend houseguests were very impressed.

The best Jasmine Tea
I have tried so many different brands of Jasmine tea and this is by far the best. I discovered it on a trip to Melbourne when I had breakfast at Higher Ground, I had to ask them what brand of tea they used. Hopped online and ordered some. So full of flavour, highly recommend.

Perfect for tea for one
I do love this teapot. I wanted a teapot that fits under my benchtop concealed area and nearly all were too tall (cabinetmaker made an error so it's not as high as expected). Delighted to find this fits and holds the perfect amount of tea (350ml) for breakfast. The only downside is that if the ouside of the pot gets wet, it leaves black marks on the surface underneath. Now looking for a black tray/plate for it to sit on.
